  • Determine the deceased’s assets
  • Notify financial institutes such as banks of the Death, and request documents associated with a valuation of the deceased’s assets
  • If value of the estate is above the Inheritance Tax limits, ensure appropriate tax is paid
  • Arrange payment of debts and final taxes associated with the estate
  • Distribute Will to the beneficiaries
  • Draw up estate accounts and send notification to all residuary beneficiaries
  • Close executor’s account and complete the process of administration
